Workshop Description 

This 2 hour workshop will blow your mind. 

We will be looking at education and anatomy of an area of the body that has so much shame and cultural conditioning surrounding it. I am going to bring you some amazing information about how we can focus on some things such as regulating our nervous system, help with digestive problems, how we can release a BUTT load of tension from our body, all just by having a better understanding of our anus.  

When I first started studying I felt like the anus was not the area I wanted to cover, but as my learning progressed I became more and more intrigued and fascinated by how extraordinary this area of our body is.
