Workshop Description 

This is a 2 hour workshop where we will explore our Vulvas, don't worry we will be keeping our clothes on for this one.

Everyday stresses we hold in our bodily systems can shut down our connections to pleasure literally within our bodies.  I will take you through how our bodies can become numb and shut down in various areas internally and can interrupt our pleasure pathways. We can hold tensions in our gut, and our muscle fibres and whole muscular and nervous systems and the effect of this can disconnect our vulva pleasure pathways. 

We will cover anatomy, learn about parts of the vulva that we don't often talk about and go deep into these parts of our bodies and the connections with our nervous systems. We will cover practical methods to address the flow of energy, dispelling stress, how our anatomy is affected by our nervous…
